  • 12.50 gram Bean Curd Skin, Soaked And Cut Into Small Pieces
  • 1/2 cloves Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 Shallots, Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak the bean curd skin in water until soft. Cut into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a wok and sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add the vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Pour in the broth and simmer until the vegetables are cooked.
  • STEP 5.Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Serve hot.
