Chicken shred paratha with an egg wash that is cooked on a hot tava, this is a mumbai speciality. Baida/egg beaten with salt that covers the shredded chicken on the roti which is shallow fried on both sides. A crispy and sumptuous dish served with red chilli sauce. Yum!.
