Chop onions, green chilies and coriander beforehand.
Cooking Directions
In a bowl, take minced beef, onions, tomatoes, spices, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, 1 egg, prepared omlette and gram flour.
Mix everything well with your hands.
Refrigerate this mix for 30 minutes.
Take the mixture out and give it a shape of patties with your hands.
Take some oil in a pan and fry the patties from both the sides until they turn golden brown.
Your chapli kababs are ready to be served!
Storage And Serving Method
To serve these kebabs, pair them with roomali roti or serve with onion rings, lemon slice and mint chutney.
