  • 50 gram Onion
  • 10 gram ginger
  • 10 gram Garlic
  • 4 piece green chillies
  • 40 gram cashew nuts
  • 50 gram mixed melon seeds
  • 20 gram posto
  • 10 gram roasted gram flour
  • 120 gram Yoghurt
  • 20 gram Mawa
  • 4 gram shahi garam masala
  • 10 gram Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 2 gram Turmeric
  • 15 gram Salt
  • 8 gram kewra water
  • 10 gram rose water
  • 4 drops meetha attar
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 1 pinch yellow food colour
  • 10 gram kacha pepe
  • As required Dalda for frying

How to Make Beef Chap Recipe

STEP 01

Grate the peels of papaya

STEP 02

Soak and grind the poppy seeds

STEP 03

Grind the cashew nuts and melon seeds ,add onions,ginger,garlic and green chilies in the grinder and make a paste

STEP 04

Add roasted gram flour, yoghurt,grated papaya,safron,kewra water , rose water,meetha attar,shahi garam masala,turmeric powder,kashmiri red chili powder,salt, khoya kheer and mix

STEP 05

Marinate the beef slices with the paste , coat well. And rest for 2 hours

STEP 06

Heat a heavy bottomed pan, add in some oil and let it heat well. Add marinated beef to it and cook on low flame.

STEP 07

Turn over the beef once in a while , do not all to get the beef brown
