Ingredients for Beef Chap Recipe

  • 500 gram beef slices
  • 50 gram Onion
  • 10 gram Ginger
  • 10 gram Garlic
  • 4 piece green chillies
  • 40 gram cashew nuts
  • 50 gram mixed melon seeds
  • 20 gram posto
  • 10 gram roasted gram flour
  • 120 gram Yoghurt
  • 20 gram Mawa
  • 4 gram shahi garam masala
  • 10 gram Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 2 gram Turmeric
  • 15 gram Salt
  • 8 gram kewra water
  • 10 gram rose water
  • 4 drops meetha attar
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 1 pinch yellow food colour
  • 10 gram kacha pepe
  • As required Dalda for frying
  • As required Ghee for frying
  • As required Vegetable Oil For Frying

Directions: Beef Chap Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grate the peels of papaya
  • STEP 2.Soak and grind the poppy seeds
  • STEP 3.Grind the cashew nuts and melon seeds ,add onions,ginger,garlic and green chilies in the grinder and make a paste
  • STEP 4.Add roasted gram flour, yoghurt,grated papaya,safron,kewra water , rose water,meetha attar,shahi garam masala,turmeric powder,kashmiri red chili powder,salt, khoya kheer and mix
  • STEP 5.Marinate the beef slices with the paste , coat well. And rest for 2 hours
  • STEP 6.Heat a heavy bottomed pan, add in some oil and let it heat well. Add marinated beef to it and cook on low flame.
  • STEP 7.Turn over the beef once in a while , do not all to get the beef brown
