An eye catching and interesting way to serve and delight your guests with not much efforts infact. Crispy outside and soft inside, this amazing starter is sure to tantalize your tastebuds.
STEP 1.Tak a bowl, add the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chilli, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, dry mango powder, coriander powder, cornflour, green peas and salt and mix it.
STEP 2.Now the dough is ready, make lemon size balls from the dough.
STEP 3.Coating for dough- in a bowl, add the all purpos flour, pinch of salt and some water and make paste. keep it aside.
STEP 4.In a plate take roasted vermicelli now tak balls, make nest pattern and dip in the all purpos flour paste.
STEP 5.Rotate in the vermicelli keep it aside. Heat oil in a kadahi and cook it in medium flam about 6-8 minutes,fry both sides till turns golden brown in colour and remove in to a plate.
STEP 6.Tak a paneer, kned it for 5 minutes take small portion and make small balls like birds egg. Place in service dish and garnish coriander leave, paneer balls/ egg and serve.
