Ingredients for Boild potato pakoda Recipe

  • 1/4 Cups gram flour ( besan )
  • 1.25 Pieces Boild potato
  • 1.25 Tsp Rice flour
  • 1 Tsp buckwheat flour / kuttu atta/ rajgiri atta
  • 1/4 Tbsp aram masala powder
  • 1/4 As Required Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion: Finely Chopped/Sliced
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Mango powder
  • 1/2 Pieces chopped Green chilli
  • 1/2 Tsp coriander leaves- chopped
  • As Required Salt -to taste
  • As Required Oil - for frying

Directions: Boild Potato Pakoda Recipe

  • STEP 1.Tak large mixing bowl add boiled potato and all ingredients and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Add water slowly and mak a thik batter aside for 6-7 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil a deep frying .
  • STEP 4.Now use a spoon to drop small amount of batter in hot oil. Fry till golden and crispy.
  • STEP 5.Drain and serve.
