Ingredients for Chatpata Bhel Recipe

  • 2 cup Puffed Rice / Murmura
  • 4 Pieces papadi
  • 1 Pieces Onion
  • 1 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • as required Salt
  • 4 Tbsp Roasted peanut
  • 3 tsp sweet chutney
  • 1 Pieces Boild potato
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp Grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon
  • As Required Plane save
  • As Required Mix save
  • 3 Tsp reen chutney
  • 3 Tsp Red Chutney
  • 1 Pieces Raw mango cho
  • As Required Peanuts: Toasted: Optional

Directions: Chatpata Bhel Recipe

  • STEP 1. Tak a mixing bowl, add puffed rice and broken papdi. Reserve some papadi's, as they can be used as a spoon for this bhel.
  • STEP 2.Then add onion, tomato, chilli powder and very little salt (both the chutneys have added salt in it).
  • STEP 3.Then add green chutney, sweet chutney and chopped potato.
  • STEP 4.Add plain sev,mix Sev ,chaat masala and mix everything quickly.
  • STEP 5.Add grated carrot, chopped mango, peanut and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 6.Squeeze lemon juice and toss everything well.
  • STEP 7.Serve this yummy bhel.
