Ingredients for Masala idli Recipe

  • 8.50 Pieces mini idlis
  • 2 tsp Ghee
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp coriander leaves- chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 Tsp mustard seed
  • As Required Curry leaves
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp aram masala powder

Directions: Masala Idli Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in the pan,add mustard seeds,curry leaves and onion cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Add garlic- garlic paste, chopped tomato,salt and all spice cook for 5-6 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Add idli to the mixture,toss idli and make sure it is coated will with the mixture.
  • STEP 4.Cook covered for 5-6 minute on medium flame.
  • STEP 5.Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
