#snack Potato Sandwich also known as Aloo sandwich is an Indian sandwich variety with a spiced potato filling. There are numerous ways to make them. Some use green chutney while some use tomato ketchup as a sandwich spread.

Ingredients for Aloo sandwich Recipe

  • 1 Pieces potato / aloo (boiled & mashed)
  • 1 Pieces Onion: Finely Chopped/Sliced
  • 1 As Required green coriender leaf & mint leaf
  • 1/2 Kg chat masala (optional )
  • As Required Salt
  • 2 Pieces slices of breads
  • As Required Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Green chutney for sandwich
  • 1/2 tbsp Jira powder,sandal salt, chilli powder according to teste
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Chili powder
  • As Required Black paper powder

Directions: Aloo Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 2 boiled and mashed potato, 2 tbsp onion.
  • STEP 2.also add  chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala and salt two test.
  • STEP 3.combine well making sure all the ingredients are mixed well.
  • STEP 4.now take 2 slices of bread and spread 1 tbsp tomato sauce and 1 tbsp green chutney and organo on each slice of bread.
  • STEP 5.spread a tbsp of prepared aloo masala over bread slice.
  • STEP 6.then sprinkle crushed black pepper.
  • STEP 7.cover with another slice of bread and press gently.
  • STEP 8.roast the sandwich with butter on both sides.
  • STEP 9.finally, cut the bread in half and serve spicy aloo sandwich.
