  • 2.67 Pieces Bread
  • 0.33 Pieces Onion: Finely Chopped/Sliced
  • 0.33 Pieces Fresh Tomatoes: Finely Chopped
  • 0.33 Pieces small capsicum chopped
  • 0.67 Tsp Carrot ( grated )
  • 0.33 Pieces Green chilli finely chopped
  • 0.67 Tbsp coriander leaves- chopped
  • 0.33 Tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.33 Tbsp Chat masala
  • 0.67 Tbsp Oregano
  • As Required Butter
  • 0.33 Cup Curd

Directions: Curd Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.Tak large mixing bowl,add all the chopped vegetables and hung curd, spices and salt and mix properly.
  • STEP 2.Grease bread slices lightly on one side.
  • STEP 3.Apply a thick layer of hung curd mixture on bread.
  • STEP 4.Girll a sandwich maker or tawa.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with green chutney to tomato ketchup.
