Ingredients for Dahi papdi chat Recipe

  • 5 Pieces Papdi
  • 1 Pieces Boild potatoes diced
  • 2 Tsp Onion: Finely Chopped/Sliced
  • 1 Cups Curd
  • 2 tablespoon Green chutney
  • 3 Tbsp sweet chutney
  • 2 tablespoon Sev
  • 1 Tsp cumin powder( jeera powder)
  • 1 tablespoon Chill powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chaat masala
  • 3 teaspoon pomegranate seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Beetroot chooped
  • 2 Pieces Cashewnuts or kaju
  • 1 Tsp Raisins/kishmish
  • 2 As Required Salt -to taste

Directions: Dahi Papdi Chat Recipe

  • STEP 1.Arrange the papdi in a plate.
  • STEP 2.Add boiled potato on top of papdi. Next, sprinkle a tablespoon of chopped onion.
  • STEP 3.Combine curd salt, cumin powder, red chili powder in a bowl. Whisk until the curd is smooth and creamy. Pour a 5-6 tablespoon or as per liking whisked curd over the papdi.
  • STEP 4.Now add sweet chutney and green chutney over the curd layer as per your taste.
  • STEP 5.Sprinkle chaat masala, spices, beetroot, Sev, raisins, cashew and pomegranate seeds.
  • STEP 6.Dahi Papdi Chaat is ready. Serve it immediately else papdi turns soft.
