Ingredients for Egg and potato cutlet Recipe

  • 1.25 Pieces Hard boiled eggs, halved
  • 1.25 Pieces Boiled potato (smashed)
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion
  • 1/4 Pieces egg beaten
  • 1/4 Tsp Chill powder
  • 3/4 Tbsp Chooped coriander leaves
  • As Required Salt
  • As Required Bread crumps or Rusk Powder
  • As Required Oil - for frying

Directions: Egg And Potato Cutlet Recipe

  • STEP 1. Combine the potatoes, onions, red chilli powder, salt and coriander leaves in a bowl. Mix well. Add the boiled eggs and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Make small balls of this mixture and flatten them slightly.Dip this in the beaten egg and roll them in the rusk.Heat oil in a frying pan over moderate flame.Once the oil is sufficiently hot, add the prepared cutlets and fry till golden brown.
  • STEP 3. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
