Directions : Nasi Kandar Recipe

STEP 1.Cut tomato into four pieces

STEP 2.Wash chicken and marinade it with salt and turmeric.

STEP 3.Keep the marinade chicken for 30 mins.

STEP 4.Deep fry the chicken until golden brown.

STEP 5.1.add oil in a pan & heat it.

STEP 6.2.add sliced onions and saute it.

STEP 7.3.now add pandan leaves,curry leaves, cinnamon,cardamom,anise star and fry until fragrant

STEP 8.4.whisk the curry paste into water until blended.

STEP 9.5.add the curry paste to the pan and whisk continuously until well blended and fragrant.

STEP 10.6.cook for 15 mins at low flame.

STEP 11.7.then add soy sauce,tomato sauce,sugar,broth and salt as per taste.

STEP 12.8.let the gravy thicken and add the fried chicken.

STEP 13.9.cook at low flame until gravy thickens and then add fresh tomato and coriander leaf
