100 milliliter Groundnut oil
80 milliliter Desi ghee
3 stick Cinnamon pieces
2 piece Black cardamom
5 No.s Cloves
10 gram Coriander seeds
15 No.s Dried whole red chilli
15 No.s Black peppercorns
0.5 tablespoon Royal cumin
1 No.s Stick ginger
2 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Melon seeds
100 milliliter Curd
25 gram Shredded coconut
25 No.s Garlic Cloves
20 gram Coriander
25 gram Poppy seeds

Directions : Mohan Maas Recipe

STEP 1.Slice onions

STEP 2.Grind curd, shredded coconut,melon seeds & poppy seeds to make a paste.

STEP 3.1.add oil in a pot & heat it.

STEP 4.2.then add chicken and fry it for 7-8 mins.

STEP 5.3.take out the fried chicken now.

STEP 6.4.then using the same pot add ghee.

STEP 7.5.now add cinnamon stick,black cardamom,cloves, coriander seeds,whole red chilli & black peppercorns.

STEP 8.6.fry it for a min.

STEP 9.7.add chopped onions,green chillies,garlic cloves,ginger & fry them.

STEP 10.8.cook well

STEP 11.9.let the fried mixture cool down & then grind it to make a paste.

STEP 12.10.then add the grinded paste in the pot and fry it using the leftover gghee.

STEP 13.11.add some water & salt and cook it until ghee separates.

STEP 14.12.then add fried chicken and cook it at high flame.

STEP 15.13.add prepared curd paste,cover and cook for 2-3 mins.

STEP 16.14.now stir it and cook for 10 mins at low flame.

STEP 17.15.add 1 ½ glass water and keda water.

STEP 18.16.sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves.

STEP 19.17. Cover and cook for 15 mins.
