  • 1/2 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped ginger / garlic
  • 1 Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • As required Salt

  • STEP 1.Dried tuna fish is called maasu.

  • STEP 2.For preparing maasu podichath, firstly cut the maasu into small pieces.

  • STEP 3.Grind these small pieces to make them into fine pieces.

  • STEP 4.Transfer this into a bowl, add all the other ingredients and mix well by hand.

  • STEP 5.Maasu podichath is ready to serve. It goes well with chapathi, pooris or plain rice.
