  • 1/2 stick Cinnamon

  • 0.13 cup Tomato Puree

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the meat with a mixture of red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add whole spices like cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Then, add the marinated meat and cook until it is browned on all sides.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato puree, yogurt, and a little water. Cover and simmer for about 1-2 hours or until the meat is tender.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.

  • For a more intense flavor, marinate the meat overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less red chili powder.
