• pinch hing / asafoetida
• 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
• 0.5 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
• 1 chilli, finely chop
• 0.5 onion, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoon coriander, finely chopped
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• water, for kneading
• wheat flour, for dusting
• oil or ghee, for roasting
