  • 2 tablespoon Gram flour
  • 2 No.s Green chillies
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida
  • 1 teaspoon Dried fenugreek powder
  • 1/2 Tsp jeera roasted and ground coarse
  • 1 Tbsp butter / Oil
  • As required Chilled water

How to Make Missi Roti Recipe

STEP 01

Take 2 cups of gramflour in a bowl,  add 2 green chillies,  some corriander leaves,  red chilli powder,  garam masala, salt,  turmeric powder,  asafoetida as taste,   a spoon of kasuri methi,  cumin seeds and oil. Mix them nicely. Now keep adding water and prepare a dough.

STEP 02

Take small portions and make spheres.

STEP 01

Dust the rolling plate with some dried flour.

STEP 04

Now roll the balls in desired sizes. Adjust the thickness as per your preference.

Now heat a pan and cook the roti on it. Apply ghee as needed. Press using kitchen towels and cook on both sides.
