  • 2 cup chickpea flour
  • 2 No.s green chillies
  • 3 tablespoon Coriander
  • As required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 0.13 teaspoon asafoetida/hing
  • 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
  • 1/2 teaspoon Jeera
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • As required Water

    • STEP 1.1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add water in batches to make a dough.

    • STEP 2.2. Coat the dough with oil and knead it a bit.

    • STEP 3.3. Make a small ball and roll in circles using flour.

    • STEP 4.4. Cook the paranthas evenly from both the sides using ghee.
