STEP 1.1- Make paste of matar in grinder, adding little water.
STEP 2.2- transfer it in bowl.
STEP 3.3- at besan,suji, crushed green chili and ginger, curd ,sugar to it.
STEP 4.4- Mix it well.

STEP 6.6- Add water ,mix it well.
STEP 7.7- Mix fruit salt.
STEP 8.8- Transfer it into grease mould.
STEP 9.9- Meanwhile heat water in karai for 5 min.
STEP 10.10- Cook dhokla on medium flame for 15-20 min .
STEP 11.11- To check whether cooked or not, insert tooth pick or knife.
STEP 12.12- If it's clean then done , otherwise Cook for more 1-2 min.
STEP 13.13- Switch off the gas.
STEP 14.14- Cool it little bit.
STEP 15.For tadka
STEP 16.1- Heat oil.
STEP 17.2- Add black sarson and white til.
STEP 18.3- Add green chilli, curry leaves.
STEP 19.4- switch off the gas.
STEP 20.5- spread it evenly on dhokla.
STEP 21.6- Garnish with fresh grated coconut and coriander leaves.
STEP 22.7- Enjoy 😊
