200 gram Papad khar
As required Salt

1 teaspoon Red chillies powder
1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
50 gram Chickpeas lentils

Directions : Marwadi Dal Dhokla Recipe

STEP 1.Take one cup of wheat. Add some papad khar, add some salt, green chillies, red chilli powder, some coriander seeds.

STEP 2.Soak some chickpeas for some hours. Wash it off and add it to the mixture. Add 2 spoons of edible oil. Kneed the mixture carefully. Add some ginger, some green chillies, some spring onion, some coriander leaves and some baking soda. Mix nicely.

STEP 3.Add water if needed. Prepare a consistent dough.

STEP 4.Now use your hands to make some small shaped dhokla

STEP 5.S. prepare plenty.

STEP 6.Take a pan, place a heating stand and a strain. Add 2 cups of water, start boiling the water.

STEP 7.Now steam the dhokla

STEP 8.S on it. keep the lid up. And steam for 20 minutes.

STEP 9.Take the dhokla out and serve with some ghee, coriander leaves and serve with some homemade dal.
