Ingredients For Mango Sambar Recipe

• 2 teaspoon To roast and grind ... dhania seeds/coriander seeds with below 5 ingredients
• 0.5 teaspoon methi/fenugreek seeds
• pinch asafoetida/hing
• 2 red chillies
• 2 teaspoon chana dal/bengal gram dal
• 1 teaspoon Oil
• 3 As required tbsp coconut grated but definitely adds
• 1 medium sized ripe mango
• 1 tablespoon lime sized ball of tamrind or 1 1/2 tamrind paste
• 2 dry red chillies
• 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
• 0.5 teaspoon methi/fenugreek seeds
• 2 teaspoon oil for tempering
• As required Salt
• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder/haldi
• 2 tablespoon sambar powder
• pinch asafoetida/hing
• 0.5 cup cooked toor dal
