Ingredients for Idli sambhar Recipe

  • 0.67 cup Idli batter
  • 0.33 tsp Salt
  • 0.67 tsp Oil
  • as required Water

Directions: Idli Sambhar Recipe

  • STEP 1.Tak a large mixing bowl, add idli batter, salt and 5 tsp water and mix very well.
  • STEP 2.Put spoonfuls of the batter in to greased idli moulds and steam for 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Repeat with the remaining batter to make more idlis. Serve hot with Sambhar.
