Directions : Kanji Recipe

STEP 1.In a jug add chopped black carrots, salt, black salt and ground mustard seeds.

STEP 2.To this add some water and keep the jug in sunlight for 4-5 days.

STEP 3.Bring the jug in and refrigerate it for a few hours and serve chilled.
