Ingredients for Kanji Recipe

  • 6 No.s chopped black carrots
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon black salt
  • 2 tablespoon freshly ground mustard seeds
  • 1 liter Water

Directions: Kanji Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a jug add chopped black carrots, salt, black salt and ground mustard seeds.
  • STEP 2.To this add some water and keep the jug in sunlight for 4-5 days.
  • STEP 3.Bring the jug in and refrigerate it for a few hours and serve chilled.
