Kanda Bhajia is an easy and simple savoury street snack of Maharashtra. I have prepared layered onion pakora also known as kanda bajji. An absolutely delicious monsoon snack 😋
STEP 1.👉Add Gram flour in a mixing bowl. Make a flowing consistency batter by adding water slowly. Add all dry masale and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
STEP 2.👉Peel, Wash and chop onion and separate its layers as shown in pic.
STEP 3.👉Mix chopped and separated onion layers in gram flour batter and mix.
STEP 4.👉Heat oil in a wok. Add 1 tb sp mixture and make bhajia. Likewise make all the bhajias.
STEP 5.👉Serve hot with Tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
