Ingredients for Kanda Bhajia Recipe

  • 1/4 cups Gram flour
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.06 tsp Turmeric powder
  • as required water
  • 1/2 Pieces Onions
  • 0.06 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.06 tsp Coriander seeds powder
  • 0.06 tsp Cumin seeds powder
  • 0.06 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/2 Tbsp kasuri methi
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 0.03 tsp Asafoetida
  • As Required Cooking oil for deep frying
  • 1/2 Tbsp Mint chutney
  • 1/2 Tbsp Tomato ketchup

Directions: Kanda Bhajia Recipe

  • STEP 1.๐Ÿ‘‰Add Gram flour in a mixing bowl. Make a flowing consistency batter by adding water slowly. Add all dry masale and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 2.๐Ÿ‘‰Peel, Wash and chop onion and separate its layers as shown in pic.
  • STEP 3.๐Ÿ‘‰Mix chopped and separated onion layers in gram flour batter and mix.
  • STEP 4.๐Ÿ‘‰Heat oil in a wok. Add 1 tb sp mixture and make bhajia. Likewise make all the bhajias.
  • STEP 5.๐Ÿ‘‰Serve hot with Tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
