Kanda Bhajia is an easy and simple savoury street snack of Maharashtra. I have prepared layered onion pakora also known as kanda bajji. An absolutely delicious monsoon snack ๐
STEP 1.๐Add Gram flour in a mixing bowl. Make a flowing consistency batter by adding water slowly. Add all dry masale and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
STEP 2.๐Peel, Wash and chop onion and separate its layers as shown in pic.
STEP 3.๐Mix chopped and separated onion layers in gram flour batter and mix.
STEP 4.๐Heat oil in a wok. Add 1 tb sp mixture and make bhajia. Likewise make all the bhajias.
STEP 5.๐Serve hot with Tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
