Ingredients for Kairi Kanda Bhajiya Recipe

  • 2 Raw mango
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Gram flour bowl
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon Ajwain
  • 1/2 cup Rice flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Eno
  • As required Some coriander leaves

  • STEP 1.Peel raw mango. Grate onion and mango. Add gram flour in a bowl. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, green chillies and fenugreek. Add raw mango, asafoetida, salt, rice flor, water, Eno powder and coriander leaves and onions. Mix well. Deep fry until golden brown.
