#Tagno 42 Kaju curry is a north indina dish and you can find this recipe in almost all North indian restaurant. Very healthy and delicious recipe.
STEP 1.Step 1. Take a kadai on flame. Add butter to it.
STEP 2.Add upon whole masala and little kasuri methi. Now add upon roughly chopped onion ginger and then tomato 🍅 and cook till it become translucent. Now switch off the flame and let the onion to be cool down. Now make paste in grinder.
STEP 3.Step 2. Now take agian another kadai. Add upon butter and little whole masala to it. Now add the paste we made. Cook on medium flame. Now add upon turmeric salt jeera kali mirch powder. Now once the paste starts releasing oil then add upon milk cream to it. Cook for 2 mins. Now add a glass of water to it.
STEP 4.Step 3. Now add upon a bowl of roasted kaju to it and cook for 2 mins. Finally add little kasuri methi and switch off the flame.
STEP 5.Step 4. Kaju curry is ready now. You can garnish with cream and seeve hot with roti nan or paratha.
