STEP 1. heat a pan and add ghee/oil. Fry cashew nuts and raisins. Transfer it to a plate . in remaining oil or ghee add chopped banana and saute for 5 minutes .

STEP 1.in a jar add egg ,sugar ,cardamom and milk . Blend well . add fried cashew raisins and cooled banana .

STEP 1. heat pan and add some ghee or oil .then pour the egg banana mix and level it with a spoon. decorate with some more cashew nuts and raisins .

STEP 1. now close and cook in low flame . when cooked, flip to the other side and cook .

STEP 1. so the tasty kai pola (kaya pola ) is ready to serve .
