How to Make Kai Pola/pazham Pola Recipe
step 1
STEP 01
heat a pan and add ghee/oil. Fry cashew nuts and raisins. Transfer it to a plate . in remaining oil or ghee add chopped banana and saute for 5 minutes .

then add sugar and again cook for 5 minutes . Turn off the flame . Let it cool down.

in a jar add egg ,sugar ,cardamom and milk . Blend well . add fried cashew raisins and cooled banana .

heat pan and add some ghee or oil .then pour the egg banana mix and level it with a spoon. decorate with some more cashew nuts and raisins .

now close and cook in low flame . when cooked, flip to the other side and cook .

so the tasty kai pola (kaya pola ) is ready to serve .
