Ingredients For Prawn Curry Recipe

• 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
• 1 tablespoon Brown mustard seeds
• 1 tablespoon Fenugreek seeds
• 1 teaspoon Heaped ground coriander
• 10 Fresh curry leaves
• 1 Onion, peeled and cut in 1/2
• 1 Fresh red chilli
• 10.5 centimeter Piece of fresh ginger, peeled
• 2 Cloves of garlic, peeled
• 1 Ripe tomato, cut into chunks
• 400 gram Piece of monkfish tail, cut into chunks
• 12 Raw peeled king prawns
• 400 gram 1 tin coconut milk
• Sea salt
• 1 bunch Small fresh coriander, leaves picked
• 300 gram Basmati rice
• Toasted flaked almonds, to serve
• 1 Lime, cut into wedges, to serve
• Mango chutney, to serve
