Ingredients for Prawn Curry Recipe

  • 250 gram Prawns
  • 1 chopped Onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 No.s chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 No.s slit Green chillies
  • As required Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Directions: Prawn Curry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 wash and clean the prawns thoroughly.

step 2

  • STEP 2.1 heat some oil in a pan and cook chopped onions in it for 10 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 3.2 once onions get cooked add green chillies, ginger garlic paste and fry it for 2 minutes on medium heat.

step 4

  • STEP 4.3 add chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder and water. Cook this for 2-3 minutes.

step 5

  • STEP 5.4 now add prawns to it and cook for 5 minutes and pour some coconut milk, bring it to boil.

step 6

  • STEP 6.5 cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.

step 7

  • STEP 7.6 finally add garam masala and chopped coriander to it, give it a stir and your prawn curry is ready to be served.
