A very simple and easy dessert just do mix roasted chana in jaggery syrup and prepare small round balls out of it. We can also add cardamom powder, desiccated coconut to it. Bit I have not used.
Ingredients For Jaggery and roasted gram dal ladoo Recipe
200 gm Jaggery
200 gram Roasted gram dal
2 Tbsp pure ghee
Directions : Jaggery and roasted gram dal ladoo Recipe
STEP 1.👉Heat pure ghee in a kadahi till it melts.
STEP 2.👉Put jaggery in this ghee and stir till the jaggery melts. Keep stirring continuously.
STEP 3.👉Now add roasted gram lentil and stir in jaggery. Switch off the flame. Stir it continuously till jaggery turns tight.
STEP 4.👉Now transfer the mixture in a plate and allow it to cool.
STEP 5.👉When cool make ladoo with the help of your palms.
