0.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
3 tbsp 3-4 tbsp
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
0.25 tbsp Garam masala
Directions : Fry idli Recipe
STEP 1.Take a kadhai, heat oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves and turmeric powder. Now add onion and saute well. Add sambhar masala and mix well.
STEP 2.Now add tomato and mix well. Then add salt and all spices and mix well. Cook for low flame.
STEP 3.Then add idli pieces and mix gently. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix everything well.
STEP 4.Fried idli is ready now. Take it out on a plate. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney and enjoy......😋😋
