Ingredients for Fry idli Recipe

  • 1.50 pieces 6
  • 1/4 g 1-2 chopped g
  • 1/4 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 1/4 Pieces Chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 Pieces Chopped tomato
  • 0.13 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 0.06 tbsp Salt
  • 0.06 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 0.06 As Required For Ganishing bowl chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.06 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 3/4 tbsp 3-4 tbsp
  • 1/4 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 0.06 tbsp Garam masala

Directions: Fry Idli Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a kadhai, heat oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves and turmeric powder. Now add onion and saute well. Add sambhar masala and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Now add tomato and mix well. Then add salt and all spices and mix well. Cook for low flame.
  • STEP 3.Then add idli pieces and mix gently. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix everything well.
  • STEP 4.Fried idli is ready now. Take it out on a plate. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney and enjoy......😋😋
