• 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
• 2 Cloves garlic peeled and thinly sliced
• 0.5 inch Fresh ginger grated
• 3 Green onions sliced into thin rounds
• 8 ounce 1 package of fresh stir fry vegetables
• 3 tablespoon Dry sherry
• 2 tablespoon Light soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon Low sodium dark soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce optional
• As required Ground black to taste, or white pepper
• 4 Egg
