STEP 1.Take a plate. Break the eggs. Add milk, sugar, salt, onion, pepper powder, coriander leaves. Whisk well. You can add a pinch of turmeric powder for colour. Turmeric powder is optional.
STEP 2.Heat a pan and apply little butter. Dip the bread slices in egg mixture. Let it coat all over the bread. Don't soak for long time bread will get soft.
STEP 3.Dip the bread and toast it on both sides in low flame.
