Ingredients for French toast Recipe

  • 0.33 Packet Bread slices
  • 1.67 Pieces Eggs
  • As Required Salt
  • 0.33 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsps Milk
  • 0.33 Tsp Pepper powder
  • As Required For Ganishing Coriander leaves
  • 0.17 Packet Butter
  • 1 Tsps Onion
  • A Pinch Turmeric (optional)

Directions: French Toast Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a plate. Break the eggs. Add milk, sugar, salt, onion, pepper powder, coriander leaves. Whisk well. You can add a pinch of turmeric powder for colour. Turmeric powder is optional.
  • STEP 2.Heat a pan and apply little butter. Dip the bread slices in egg mixture. Let it coat all over the bread. Don't soak for long time bread will get soft.
  • STEP 3.Dip the bread and toast it on both sides in low flame.
