• 1 tablespoon cornflour
• 1 Egg white
• 0.5 teaspoon chilli powder
• 0.25 teaspoon Less than turmeric powder
• 2 tablespoon Finely chopped Curry leaves
• As required Salt
• For Kuzhambu
• 2 tablespoon 1 Tsp Gingelly oil
• 0.5 inch Cinnamon Stick
• 0.5 teaspoon saunf
• 2 Big Onions, chopped
• 2 sprig curry leaves
• 4 garlic pods
• 1 Big Tomato, Finely chopped
• Lemon size tamarind
• 1.5 teaspoon Red chilli Powder
• 2 teaspoon coriander powder
• 0.5 teaspoon cumin powder
• 0.25 teaspoon turmeric power
• As required Salt
• Few Curry leaves, finely chopped
