  • 1.40-1.80 For the masala Paste: Small onion
  • 1/5 tomato very big
  • 0.60-0.80 sprig coriander leaves

  • 0.60 tablespoon coconut finely chopped
  • 1-1.20 garlic small cloves chopped
  • As required ginger a tiny peice
  • 1/10 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/20 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
  • 1/20 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/5 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  • 1/10 teaspoon Whole pepper corns
  • 1/20 teaspoon Carom seeds
  • 1/5 teaspoon cumin Seeds
  • 0.30 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/5 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 0.40 teaspoon Oil
  • As required For the curry: tamarind about the size of one or two big gooseberries
  • As required salt as needed
  • 1/5-0.40 teaspoon For the tempering: oil
  • 1/20 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/10 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
