  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken with yogurt, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and onions. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and the marinated chicken. Cook until the chicken is tender.
  • STEP 4.Add coconut milk, coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
