  • 1/4 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 3 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 5 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • As required Few curry leaves
  • As required Tamarind water
  • 15 No.s Shallots
  • 1 No.s Tomato
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • As required Salt
  • 250 gram Fish

Directions: Meen Kuzhambu Recipe

  • STEP 1.Partially crush garlic with the help of crusher and chop tomatoes

  • STEP 1.Chop tomato

  • STEP 2.Add 2 tbsp oil in a cooking pot & heat it.

  • STEP 3.Add mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds & crushed garlic.

step 5

  • STEP 4.Add shallots & turmeric powder.

step 6

  • STEP 5.Then add red chilli powder,coriander powder & mix well.

step 7

  • STEP 6.Now add tamarind water,additional required water,salt and curry leaves.

step 8

  • STEP 7.Cover and cook for some time.

step 9

  • STEP 8.Then add fish,cover and cook for 7-10 mins.
