STEP 1.Pulses should be washed well and soaked in water for 2 hours.
STEP 2.After 2 hours, the pulses should be drained of water.
STEP 3.Now heat white oil and ghee together in a pan and lightly fry the boiled eggs. Now added dried chilli, cinnamon, small cardamom in that oil for fry 20 seconds and after fry it with onion.
STEP 4.If the onion is light brown in color, add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato and salt to taste until the tomatoes are soft.
STEP 5.When the tomato is soft, add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder and sugar,moog dal and mixed well..
STEP 6.If oil is released from the spice, hot water and coconut milk should be added in it.
STEP 7.When the gravy boils, boil the eggs in it for 5-6 minutes, spread indian garom masala powder and serve hot with rice/roti
