The prawn is rich source of SELENIUM,, one of the antioxidants which controls the healthy cells in our body. The prawn has VITAMIN E,, which keeps our skin healthy. It contains ZINC which increases immunity system in our body. It also contains magnesium, phosphorus which gives strength to the bones.

Ingredients for PRAWN MALAICURRY Recipe

  • 2.50 Pieces Prawn
  • 2 Pieces Onion
  • 1 Tsp Ginger crushed to a paste in a mortar pestle or minced or 1. 5 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1.50 Tbsp Garlic (crushed)
  • 2 Pieces reen chilli Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coriander powder
  • A Few Coriender leaf
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 Cups Mustard oil turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Cups Coconut milk
  • 2.50 Tbsp tablespoons coconut paste
  • 1 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

Directions: Prawn Malaicurry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat the non stick pan and pour oil in it .cut the onion into small pieces and fry these in hot oil.
  • STEP 2.Keep half of the fried onions in a bowl and add all the prawns in the pan and mix these with the remaining fried onions.
  • STEP 3.Fry the prawns in a slow flame for 5 mins and then add garlic and ginger paste and mix well. Make a paste of green chilli in a grinder and add it.
  • STEP 4.Then add cumin and coriander powder with it and then add salt ,,sugar,,Kashmiri red chilli powder and garam masala and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Then add coconut paste and coconut milk and some water and cover the pan with a lid.
  • STEP 6.After some time the lid is removed and check that the gravy becomes thick,,,so the PRAWN MALAICURRY is ready to serve.
  • STEP 7.Now spread the chopped coriander leaves and then spread the fried onions upon the prepared prawns.
