Ingredients for Brinjal Cutlet Recipe

  • 1/4 Pieces Large brinjal
  • 1/4 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/4 Cup Cornflower
  • 1/2 Pieces Egg
  • 1/4 Tbsp tablespoon black pepper powder
  • 1/4 As Required large bowl of bread crumbs
  • As Required White oil for frying
  • As Required Water as needed

Directions: Brinjal Cutlet Recipe

  • STEP 1.Brinjal should be cut into ring thin slices.
  • STEP 2.Now take the eggplant slices in a bowl and put ginger-garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, chilli powder in it and leave it for 20 minutes. In another bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper powder, eggs and water as required. Now take the spiced brinjal slices one by one, deep them in the cornflower mix, apply bread crumbs, deep fry in white oil and serve with tomato hot and sweet sauce.
