Ingredients for Egg Moog Malaicurry Recipe

  • 30 g rams of moog dal
  • 1 Pieces Boiled eggs
  • 1/5 Pieces Large onion cut into slices
  • 1/5 Tbsp tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/5 Pieces Medium sized chopped tomato
  • 0.60 Tbsp tablespoons white oil
  • 0.80 Pieces Small cardamoms
  • 1/5 Pieces Piece cinnamon
  • 1/5 Pieces Dried chilli
  • 1/10 Tsp teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/10 Tsp teaspoon red chilli Powder
  • 1/10 Tsp teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/5 Tsp teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/10 Tsp Teaspoon sugar
  • 1/5 Cup Coconut milk
  • 1/10 Cup Hot water
  • 1/20 Tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/5 Tbsp tablespoon ghee

Directions: Egg Moog Malaicurry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Pulses should be washed well and soaked in water for 2 hours.
  • STEP 2.After 2 hours, the pulses should be drained of water.
  • STEP 3.Now heat white oil and ghee together in a pan and lightly fry the boiled eggs. Now added dried chilli, cinnamon, small cardamom in that oil for fry 20 seconds and after fry it with onion.
  • STEP 4.If the onion is light brown in color, add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato and salt to taste until the tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 5.When the tomato is soft, add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder and sugar,moog dal and mixed well..
  • STEP 6.If oil is released from the spice, hot water and coconut milk should be added in it.
  • STEP 7.When the gravy boils, boil the eggs in it for 5-6 minutes, spread indian garom masala powder and serve hot with rice/roti
