Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, cream, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add cashews and cook for a few minutes until they turn golden.
