Ingredients for Dudh Halwa Recipe

  • 200 g Cottage cheese or Soft Paneer(crushed)
  • 50 g rams of sugar
  • 750 g m full cream milk
  • 1 Cup Condensed milk
  • 1/4 Tsp teaspoon small cardamom powder
  • As Required For Ganishing Cherries for garnish

Directions: Dudh Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Paneer and sugar should be mixed well together, it should be noted that there are no large grains of paneer.
  • STEP 2.Now you have to give milk in the pan. When the milk boils, stir well with condensed milk over medium to low heat. When the milk becomes a little thick, it should be constantly stirred with a mixture of paneer and sugar in it over medium to low heat. When all the mixture dries and comes out of the pan, spread small cardamom powder, cool down and serve garnished with cherries.
