This delicious dish that originated in kashmir, moved over to bengal prominently in 1790 and eventually the rest of india. I have recreated the same recipe with minor changes to bring out the flavors more prominently.

2 Green cardamom
1 Bay leaf
200 milliliter Yogurt
2 Cloves
1.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 Black cardamom
1 piece mace small 1/2 inch
4 For the Gravy : onion , medium
1 inch Ginger
5 garlic cloves
3 tomato medium
10 Cashews
olive Pomace oil as per need
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Kasoori methi
